About the project
WeBurn is a subscription-based fitness platform targeting women who want effective home workouts. We built the full marketing site, member dashboard, video streaming integration, and subscription billing. The platform supports both live classes and an extensive on-demand library.
The outcome
Platform launched with 5,000 subscribers in month one. Churn rate stayed below 4% due to high content engagement.
